MedCare provides outstanding rehabilitation care for adults and children, helping individuals affected by disability pursue healthy and fulfilling lives.

Every patient is unique and has different needs. MedCare offers an interdisciplinary approach to help patients reach their full potential in spite of physical or mental conditions.

Services are provided conveniently close to home near Glenbrook Hospital in MedCare's beautiful outpatient clinic, or in the patient's homes.

Our staff is a team of professional and friendly therapists, counselors, social workers and case managers who are partners in recovery with each and every patient, their families and medical team. Each are experienced, licensed and trained in a respective discipline that allows them to make major contributions to the quality of life for adults and children.

Rehabilitation services are of remarkable benefit for the patient, particularly those with complex conditions due to cognitive or physical limitations, or children who need services due to motor, language, developmental or social skills.
